It's almost summer! That means beaches, boat rides, and literature! Literature is timely, no matter the season. The next Literary Firsts reading will feature Jeannie Greeley, Paul Myette, Nate Pritts, and Vincent Scarpa, with Vincent Scarpa performing the confessional essay. Join us at the Middlesex Lounge on Monday, July 19 at 8pm. Just in case you missed the first reading, videos can be viewed here.

We're incredibly excited to announce a new forthcoming Aforementioned Production: a poetry chapbook by Gillian Devereux. As soon as we have a cover and other accompanying images, you'll be the first to know. In the meantime, check out Gillian's work in issue 24 of apt.

As long as you're checking out our chapbooks, don't forget that Michael Lynch's Underlife and Portico was lauded in the Small Press Bookwatch. "[Lynch] executes his verse well, making Underlife and Portico quite the read." If you don't have a copy, head over to the store and add some poetry to your life.

As always, you can find us on Facebook, Twitter, Wordpress, and if you're in Boston or New York, possibly reading or performing at a venue near you sometime soon... Until then, peruse our printed wares, our online facilities, or our individual pursuits by clicking those geometrically identical icons just below this text...
